We approached AVC looking for two new Ford Transit Custom vans for our business, with quite specific requirements. They were extremely attentive, helpful and flexible throughout, and took the time to find the perfect fit for both directors.

We needed one long wheelbase single-cab van, alongside a double-cab van as one director needed a vehicle that could work for both business and family life, with enough room for a young family and two child seats. They managed to source exactly what we needed.

They also made the changeover incredibly straightforward. We part-exchanged one of our existing vans and arranged a key-for-key replacement on the other, which was already leased through AVC.

Communication throughout was clear and responsive, the deal and overall costs were excellent, and the turnaround was impressively quick — less than a month from our initial enquiry to taking delivery of both new vans.

A genuinely professional and hassle-free experience. We couldn’t be happier with the vehicles or the service we’ve received.
